Dewormers, parasite control, skin and ear treatments, supplements and dental care — not just food and toys. The items that need a vet to approve them are marked, and a vet checks them before the order ships.

Not on the date — before it. Dry food is withdrawn twenty days early, everything else seven. If a bag is close to its date you will not be able to buy it, and neither will anyone else. That is the point.

Three steps, and one of them is opening the box.

  1. Choose your animal

    Dog, cat, bird, fish, rabbit or turtle. The shop narrows to what suits them.

  2. Fill the basket

    Prices are the same as in the shop. Anything close to its expiry date is already gone.

  3. Pay the driver

    Cash on delivery. Nothing is charged before the box is in your hands.

A profile for every animal you own

Breed, age, weight, allergies, current food, what they are being treated for. Kept per animal, so what you are shown actually suits them.

Ask before you buy

Unsure which food, which dose, or whether something is worth it? Ask, and a vet answers. There is no charge and no obligation to buy anything.

Do you deliver outside Sulaymaniyah?

Yes — to other Iraqi cities in two to three days, by courier. Same-day delivery is Sulaymaniyah only.

How do I pay?

Cash to the driver when the order arrives. Nothing is taken from a card, and there is no card to add.

Do I need a prescription for medicines?

Some items need a vet to approve them. Those are marked in the shop, and a vet checks the order before it is sent — you do not need to arrange anything yourself.
